Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.
At Mrs. Nordman's request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following "Current Communist Goals," which she identifies as an excerpt from "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen:

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS
1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev's promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.

(Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.

In U.S.C.42 Chapter 21B:
Section 2000bb-1. Free exercise of religion protected
(a) In general
Government shall not substantially burden a person's exercise of
religion even if the burden results from a rule of general
applicability, except as provided in subsection (b) of this
section.
(b) Exception
Government may substantially burden a person's exercise of
religion only if it demonstrates that application of the burden to
the person -
(1) is in furtherance of a compelling governmental interest;
and
(2) is the least restrictive means of furthering that
compelling governmental interest.
(c) Judicial relief
A person whose religious exercise has been burdened in violation
of this section may assert that violation as a claim or defense in
a judicial proceeding and obtain appropriate relief against a
government. Standing to assert a claim or defense under this
section shall be governed by the general rules of standing under
article III of the Constitution.
"2) is the least restrictive means of furthering that
compelling governmental interest."
In my case on the 1st Amendment, the Government has taxed both labor directly and then property through leins and levys. I have offered to make an equitable and reasonable effort to pay a sales tax of a reasonable percentage on all goods purchased for all years back thru 1999 to avoid the problem three Greek scholars, two associated with Bob Jones University and a third in the leadership of the Southern Baptist Convention and First Baptist Church of Atlanta, Georgia, present me in a study of I Timothy 1:10.
The troubling word is "menstealers" in the King James Version. In the Greek Lexicon it is "enslaver" (andrapodistes) -- 1) one who unjustly reduces free men to slavery; 2) one who steals the slaves of another and resells them; 3) one who counts as cattle and treats as chattle uncondemned free persons.
My definition is a compilation of these presented above: "enslaver" -- one who imposes a taxing of labor (i.e. income tax) upon an uncondemned free person; thus, under the judgment of the Moral Law of God.
My, so far, three out of three Greek scholars agree that my definition is an accurate application of the word, andrapodistes. (Affidavits from three Greek Sholars included).*
Further, there is a small dispute between the two Bob Jones University (BJU) associated Greek scholars and the one at First Baptist Church (FBC) of Atlanta, Georgia. The BJU associated Greek scholars agree with my examination of I Corinthians 7:23: "You [free Christians] be categorically not the [literal, figurative, involuntary or voluntary] slaves of men." I asserted to them that my religion forbids me to be a slave, assuming I am a "free Christian." BJU associated Greek scholars say, 'I have an "arguable case that should be respected by the elected officials" I approach with it.' The FBC, Atlanta Greek scholar says that I Corinthians 7:23 should read, "You [slave or free Christians] be categorically not the metaphorical slaves of men." The idea is to focus on freedom in your mind and freedom from slavery will eventually come. The FBC Greek scholar proposes that I would be better served to use I Corinthians 7:21b: "If you may be made free [from slavery], use it." He conveyed that dying for this theological position would be morally acceptable and not demand as long a discussion as I Corinthians 7:23 to get back to demanding freedom from slavery.
The Southern Baptist Convention lists 16 million members, while Bob Jones University lists over 70,000 graduates. Thus, I expect my views are not out of the mainstream.
Concerning the moral sales tax offer I made to the IRS long ago, the brilliant minds at the IRS have yet to calculate the math. I offered to pay as much as 23% on all purchases out of my personal assets from January 1999 thru December 2004. My rough math indicates that the IRS, under the current immoral system of complex extortion, would expect about $16,000 to $18,000 in taxes, based on historic norms. Under my proposal of a moral covenant system of sales taxes, I'd pay the IRS about $23,000 to $25,000 in taxes for the same time period. The IRS prefers to put its foot on my economic neck rather than take in an additional $7,000 to $9,000 in revenue under a moral system that would respect my religious demand to keep my books and records mine (I Corinthians 7:21b -- freedom from slavery instructed), keep me out of the use of the "mark of the beast" (see: Revelation 13 and 14) by forcing me to use a social security number, etc.
Concerning the "mark of the beast," I have been around a great cross section of Christian ministers all over America most all of my adult life. Since 9/11/2001, I've seen a change in the way these ministers feel about the end of days and the coming of the AntiChrist/ The Beast of Revelation 13 and 14, in that, the social security number has suddenly transformed from being a theological bother used to deal with the Social Security Administration into being a national control number on every aspect of life, now fitting almost every critera of the "mark of the beast."
This "mark of the beast" is described as being a Government imposed control number over every person's ability to "buy or sell" (Revelation 13:17). Many Christian theologians tell me that the number being "in their foreheads" (Reveletion 13:16) may indicate that the number is not seen in the skin of the forehead but received by or "in" the mind. This is my theological position, as well.
Finally, those who take the mark of the beast, "small and great, rich and poor, free and bond" (Revelation 13:16) are described to face "the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels ...." (Revelation 14:10). I don't know what the "wine of the wrath of God" is like, but I think I'd rather face this courts' wrath than risk God's wine, fire and brimstone. So you see that I shall be unable to use a social security number or any other number that so mirrors the mark of the beast in the future. I see it as the duty of every Christian to escape this new use I describe of the social security number.

Government has demonstrated nothing to me in six years of asking my now famous question, "Where is my tax liability in the law?" Government has demonstraded nothing to me at all but that it intends to enslave me in an extortion system based on magic laws that the IRS has never produced for public or private display. Even Terry Lemons, the Communications Director of the IRS in Washington, D.C., told me before two Treasury Agents in the main IRS building lobby on September 2, 2004 about 1:00 p.m. Centeral Time, that "there is no single sentence anywhere that indicates an individual has a tax liability." I continue to ask the IRS: 1) Do I have a tax liability? 2) Where is it? (Affidavits included from two witnessing Treasury Agents and IRS Communications Director Terry Lemons).*
The First Amendment of the United States Constitution reads in part: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . . ."
While I am personally committed to Christian/ Gandhian nonviolent noncooperation concepts, I am not alone in my assertion that the income tax and resulting book and record devulging of private financial matters constitute a direct Marxist Darwinian Secular Humanist Socialist Communist religious attack, found in the 1st and 2nd Planks of "The Communist Manifesto," by Karl Marx and Mr. England, upon the Christian Religion, demanding from Holy Scripture a direct responce that may include life and death action upon the part of the Christian Religion (see: I Corinthians 7:21b and 7:23). The 'substantial burden' described in the law imposed upon the Christian Religion includes the burden up to religious extermination of the Christian World and Holy War between the Secular Humanist Socialist Communist Religion and the Christian Religion.
I assert that the United States Government has adopted a religion (Secular Humanist Socialist Communism) and that that religious bias is being used to justify what the Christian Religion asserts to be slavery, in tax policy. I assert that the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution has been violated by the United States Government, in that, it has given religious preference and special status to the Secular Humanist Socialist Communist Religion by adopting the "10 Planks" of "The Communist Manifesto" and the "45 Points" of the "Communist Goals (1963)" in various degree, primary among them is the taxation of labor/ slavery ("income tax": "2nd Plank of The Communist Manifesto") and the direct attempt to undermine the influence of the Christian Religion in points 27, 28, etc. of "Communist Goals (1963)":
Point 27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious crutch."
Point 28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state."

The income tax, keeping and then devulging books and records for/ to the Government and the intimately associated Social Security number use are seen in the Christian Community as an interconnected tracking system, structured to seize immediate control of the finances of Christians in the time of the AntiChrist. I cannot find a minister in the Luthern, Baptist, Amish, Presbytarian Community , etc., who does not believe the time of the AntiChrist/ the Beast and "the mark of the beast" is upon us.
I am happy to pay a covenant sales tax on my honor with receipts mailed each week to the Treasury for all goods and services purchased, without the demand of my private books and records, and without the use of a social security number or similar "mark of the beast" styled number. To "substantially burdern" me further is to hang my very soul over the flames of hell itself, based of the Christian teachings I find in Holy Scripture.
Finally, if I further use a Social Security number/ card, give up my books and records to the IRS or any other Government agency, and/ or pay this presumed income tax (that is not found in any "single sentence," as I quote Terry Lemons above), I have acknowledged that I am the slave of another religion, just as if I, a Christian, had been enslaved by a Muslim in the Sudan in Africa.

The FBC Greek scholar proposes that I would be better served to use I Corinthians 7:21b: "If you may be made free [from slavery], use it." He conveyed that dying for this theological position would be morally acceptable and not demand as long a discussion as I Corinthians 7:23 to get back to demanding freedom from slavery.
The Southern Baptist Convention lists 16 million members, while Bob Jones University lists over 70,000 graduates. Thus, I expect my views are not out of the mainstream.
Concerning the moral sales tax offer I made to the IRS long ago, the brilliant minds at the IRS have yet to calculate the math. I offered to pay as much as 23% on all purchases out of my personal assets from January 1999 thru December 2004. My rough math indicates that the IRS, under the current immoral system of complex extortion, would expect about $16,000 to $18,000 in taxes, based on historic norms. Under my proposal of a moral covenant system of sales taxes, I'd pay the IRS about $23,000 to $25,000 in taxes for the same time period. The IRS prefers to put its foot on my economic neck rather than take in an additional $7,000 to $9,000 in revenue under a moral system that would respect my religious demand to keep my books and records mine (I Corinthians 7:21b -- freedom from slavery instructed), keep me out of the use of the "mark of the beast" (see: Revelation 13 and 14) by forcing me to use a social security number, etc.
Concerning the "mark of the beast," I have been around a great cross section of Christian ministers all over America most all of my adult life. Since 9/11/2001, I've seen a change in the way these ministers feel about the end of days and the coming of the AntiChrist/ The Beast of Revelation 13 and 14, in that, the social security number has suddenly transformed from being a theological bother used to deal with the Social Security Administration into being a national control number on every aspect of life, now fitting almost every critera of the "mark of the beast."
This "mark of the beast" is described as being a Government imposed control number over every person's ability to "buy or sell" (Revelation 13:17). Many Christian theologians tell me that the number being "in their foreheads" (Reveletion 13:16) may indicate that the number is not seen in the skin of the forehead but received by or "in" the mind. This is my theological position, as well.
Finally, those who take the mark of the beast, "small and great, rich and poor, free and bond" (Revelation 13:16) are described to face "the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels ...." (Revelation 14:10). I don't know what the "wine of the wrath of God" is like, but I think I'd rather face this courts' wrath than risk God's wine, fire and brimstone. So you see that I shall be unable to use a social security number or any other number that so mirrors the mark of the beast in the future. I see it as the duty of every Christian to escape this new use I describe of the social security number.

religion only if it demonstrates that application of the burden to

Government has demonstrated nothing to me in six years of asking my now famous question, "Where is my tax liability in the law?" Government has demonstraded nothing to me at all but that it intends to enslave me in an extortion system based on magic laws that the IRS has never produced for public or private display. Even Terry Lemons, the Communications Director of the IRS in Washington, D.C., told me before two Treasury Agents in the main IRS building lobby on September 2, 2004 about 1:00 p.m. Centeral Time, that "there is no single sentence anywhere that indicates an individual has a tax liability." I continue to ask the IRS: 1) Do I have a tax liability? 2) Where is it? (Affidavits included from two witnessing Treasury Agents and IRS Communications Director Terry Lemons).*
The First Amendment of the United States Constitution reads in part: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . . ."
While I am personally committed to Christian/ Gandhian nonviolent noncooperation concepts, I am not alone in my assertion that the income tax and resulting book and record devulging of private financial matters constitute a direct Marxist Darwinian Secular Humanist Socialist Communist religious attack, found in the 1st and 2nd Planks of "The Communist Manifesto," by Karl Marx and Mr. England, upon the Christian Religion, demanding from Holy Scripture a direct responce that may include life and death action upon the part of the Christian Religion (see: I Corinthians 7:21b and 7:23). The 'substantial burden' described in the law imposed upon the Christian Religion includes the burden up to religious extermination of the Christian World and Holy War between the Secular Humanist Socialist Communist Religion and the Christian Religion.
I assert that the United States Government has adopted a religion (Secular Humanist Socialist Communism) and that that religious bias is being used to justify what the Christian Religion asserts to be slavery, in tax policy. I assert that the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution has been violated by the United States Government, in that, it has given religious preference and special status to the Secular Humanist Socialist Communist Religion by adopting the "10 Planks" of "The Communist Manifesto" and the "45 Points" of the "Communist Goals (1963)" in various degree, primary among them is the taxation of labor/ slavery ("income tax": "2nd Plank of The Communist Manifesto") and the direct attempt to undermine the influence of the Christian Religion in points 27, 28, etc. of "Communist Goals (1963)":
Point 27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious crutch."
Point 28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state."

The income tax, keeping and then devulging books and records for/ to the Government and the intimately associated Social Security number use are seen in the Christian Community as an interconnected tracking system, structured to seize immediate control of the finances of Christians in the time of the AntiChrist. I cannot find a minister in the Luthern, Baptist, Amish, Presbytarian Community , etc., who does not believe the time of the AntiChrist/ the Beast and "the mark of the beast" is upon us.
I am happy to pay a covenant sales tax on my honor with receipts mailed each week to the Treasury for all goods and services purchased, without the demand of my private books and records, and without the use of a social security number or similar "mark of the beast" styled number. To "substantially burdern" me further is to hang my very soul over the flames of hell itself, based of the Christian teachings I find in Holy Scripture.
Finally, if I further use a Social Security number/ card, give up my books and records to the IRS or any other Government agency, and/ or pay this presumed income tax (that is not found in any "single sentence," as I quote Terry Lemons above), I have acknowledged that I am the slave of another religion, just as if I, a Christian, had been enslaved by a Muslim in the Sudan in Africa.
